Order Cancellation

We understand that mistakes can happen! If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to our customer support team at the earliest.

Cancellation Timing:
 Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. However, if your order is processed or shipped within this 24-hour window, cancellation may no longer be possible.

How to Cancel:
 To cancel your order, please email us at “email Id” with your order number and request for cancellation.

Personalized Orders:
 Orders containing personalized or customized products cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances once placed. Please double-check all customization details before placing your order, as we cannot accommodate changes afterward.

International Orders:
 All international orders are final and cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once placed.

If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process once it is delivered.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items.

Return Window:
 If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at “email Id” or “contact number”.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable Items:
 The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized/customized products

  • Personal care items

  • Any items marked as non-returnable

In case of cancellation after dispatch, the personalized product cost + shipping fee + RTO fee + 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount.

Return Process:
 To initiate a return, please email us at “email Id” or call “contact number”, and provide your order number. We will guide you through the process.

Refund Policy

If your return is approved, we will process your refund promptly.

Refund Timeline:
 Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned product.

Refund Method:
 Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
 Customers choosing to receive a refund via the BizBux Wallet will receive a 100% refund, credited within 24 to 48 hours.

Shipping Charges & Fees:
 Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
 If an order is cancelled after dispatch, a shipping fee + RTO fee + 5% restocking fee will be applicable.

Partial Refunds:
 If the returned item is used, damaged, or not in its original packaging, we may issue a partial refund.
